Yes, your coverage includes a protection for your purchases on the Internet, in case of:
- Non-delivery
- Delivery that fails to meet your expectations
If the e-merchant fails to replace or reimburse the covered goods, 100% of the purchase price, including all taxes, will be reimbursed, up to β¬500 per claim with a maximum of β¬1,000 per year. And if the goods have been replaced or reimbursed, any re-shipping costs you've paid are also covered.
