Your partner and/or children are also covered by your Lydia Black+ travel insurance - Some coverages only apply when the family members travel with the cardholder (such as, exhaustive list: . cancellation, curtailment,baggage delay, delayed departure, baggage, valuables, personal money and travel documents).
Other coverages apply even if the family member travels without the cardholder.
- By "partner", we mean your spouse or legal partner - including any couple in a common law relationship living permanently at the same address.
- By "child", we mean stepchildren and fostered or adopted children, provided that they are:
- Aged 18 or under at the commencement of a trip ;or
- Aged 21 or under at the commencement of a trip if :
- they are still in full time education
- Financially and legally dependent on the cardholder or partner
- not married
